....ing BA ....ed up my reservation. I tried to attach my Oneworld Sapphire status on my reservation, but there was a BA number already there. Phone couldn't do it. Check in couldn't do it. Told me to use my AA card on boarding.

Boarding ..... made a big fuss that my group 4. No .... Sherlock, your ....ing IT system cant even code my Oneworld status properly. Let me in as a courtesy and I immediately complained to what seemed like the supervisor. ....ing ..... can't even understand BA Blue and Oneworld Sapphire are not the same.

So, what's the correct procedure of attaching my Oneworld status? Do I need to do it before checking in? Maybe that was the mistake. Stupid BA ....s, you can't even change seats after check in! Oh yeah and there was a cop nearby I think, like I give a .... and not intimidated.

American Airlines (not AA but US based airlines are so much better).
