My wife just overruled me and wants to stay at the park Hyatt. Mainly cause of the sauna...lol... the service was really top notch at the PH last time. I assume that the Centric will feel like when we stayed at the Andaz 5th Ave or Thompson Central Park where it's nice but like a modern nice and you barely interact with the staff
