2014 CX was relatively much better than its peers.

Same in 2005

The best CX service I remwmber funnily was in 2003.

Now JL,NH,SQ,QR are way ahead.

I guess it's all relative. The 2010 business class revamp was amazing. CX admitted they stuffed up the 2007 revamp and brought the next upgrade forward by 3 years.

I doubt current CX management has the ability to create world leading products.

BTW I know must people hated it, but for me i still think the fixed shell economy was the best seat ever.
