Thanks. I just booked 2 biz seats Houston to Doha for 140000 points, then Doha to JNB (2X) for 180000 points for Oct 2024. Still a bit pricey, but cheaper than North America to JNB for 380000 (2X). It seems that the regular redemption between N.A and JNB or CPT doesn't exist.
