just rumors but I've heard from some volunteers that Delta will move to 1, and it's possible the ULCC will move "back" to T2, although I didn't realize they were ever there. Southwest will stay 1 for sure of course.
Couldn't help but notice the parking plaza is being built.. not directly across from terminal 1! I guess that is where the phase 2 area will be.
