We never think things through on here. By all means DM this info, but don't put 'last resort' emails on a public discussion.
You’re being a little naive imo. Email addresses of CEOs / senior executives are relatively easy to work out and are in no way ‘secret’. Their inboxes aren’t overloaded because external emails are usually filtered out.
The idea of emailing / writing to the CEO is slightly laughable tbh. How important do people think they are? Occasional ‘coal face’ responses from the CEO are understandable, but I wouldn’t want any company I invested in to waste their exec time on routine customer service.
