It doesn't say that the person travelling needs to be a UK resident. I wonder if someone in the UK call centre would count? But clearly something was 'up' that caused them to put this clause in.
Perhaps we need to change the thread title again to "..now including from USA as long as you are a UK resident"
Not necessarily, as I would suspect the US T&C do not contain this new condition

really sneaky/ cheeky/ wrong is that this condition has been added to the previous terms without changing the effective date.
Does anyone know a way of finding out when it was added - and, I guess, more importantly... when!
