In all my life working for BA - I have never ever seen anything like it. The crew who were working that galley should be dismissed and replaced by people who value what they do. This is beyond disgraceful, they are the public face of one of the once greatest airlines in the world, Still when you get into bed with rubbish like US Airways your child is hardly likely to be a Princess
