The process at HAL is very much focused on the 6 hours ahead at any time - so I wouldn't read into this that all will be fine by time x, these sorts of warnings can simply be extended / changed every few hours. Bristol seems to be at higher risk than London, from my amateur reading of the synoptic chart but perhaps earlier on for Bristol.
