There’s extensive information in the UA forum on connecting off UA flights within T2. It’s very easy but, as already stated, you are at risk if the UA flight is delayed. BTW the LH lounge at T2 is pretty good for breakfast and, if you have a longer layover and are arriving in Biz, the UA arrivals lounge in T2 is excellent.
