I do not have a connection at CDG but I do depart from T2B on AC. I would like to arrive at T1 with my AC T2B boarding pass (UA *G), hang out in *A lounge for 2-2.5h, take the airside bus to T2B if it's there and board my AC flight to YUL.
If that's not feasible, it seems I could use as a *G the Extime lounge in T2B. Would like to hear everyone's thoughts on this plan A and B.
