Maybe during IROPS it’s helpful if you’re really desperate. But when searching for flights it’s not helpful. I mean ABE from NYC and SBA from LAX??

If I search for DCA LGA in the app do I really want to see results for PHL LGA? Definitely not.

At a minimum they need to give me the option of filtering like they do on the desktop site.

In that case, minor annoyance yes.

Still nothing forcing you to pick the outlying airports for the actual flights.

And I'd imagine it will be like a lot of changes to AA app / .com functionality where their idea of testing seems to be just throw it in the live version and see what happens, and eventually it will settle in to something more useful.
