I can also confirm. I purchased nearly $250 worth of tickets five days ago ranging in price between $50 and $65, and not only did all four tickets get reimbursed, but it also triggered the new $50 credit, so unless they claw that last one back, I'm actually ahead $50 right now. And this was after my old $250 meter went away last week, replaced by the new $50/quarter meter.
