After years of failed attempts, I had my first fully successful Marriott OLCI last night. (Spring Hill Suites Alpharetta, GA)

I had just given up on the idea that it would ever work for me, even though it always works at Hilton. Even when I arrived at the property and noticed for the first time ever the app was inviting me to unlock my room, I wasn't sure it would work. But I went directly to my room, and it did!

Same phone and OS I've had for a couple years....not sure if I got lucky or if the app has been updated so it actually works for my phone.
