Flying MAD-DFW-PHX next year (having changed our connection at CLT following a schedule change). We have a wide choice of seats available for MAD-DFW, indeed the whole of row L, at the moment. I would normally choose to be "up front" as we've always found excellent attention from the crew, and no one in front of me! But I've just read that there are no overhead bins in the first two rows for the centre seats. This could be an issue for me as I like my overhead space so that I can get at my wheelie computer bag easily during the flight. I would not choose 1L and 2L again for a night flight but I had selected those for our day flight. However, given the overhead bin issue, I might move us to 3L and 4L. Views on this gratefully received. Thank you.
