it’s really super messy and confusing with code-shares, JV and alliances partnership. To share my recent experience with a DL flight ex-CDG, booked under DL code. Now DL has its own separate check-in zone in 2E with their own staff and AF is not handling anything for DL, even SP pax. When I did OLCI, I did it on DL app, but wanted to go back to seat map to see if there was a better seat but it was impossible to access the seat map. There was a message saying that the flight was handled by AF and I needed to see with AF for any request for seat, extra bags, etc. On the AF app, the seat map could be seen without problem. Even the AF employées I talked to are lost.
