JCDI and Z are the business class fare buckets. The number is the number of these they are prepared to sell in that bucket.

Upper Class
J - Full Fare - companion seat
D - Discounted
I - Discounted
Z - Discounted & Miles + Money
G - reward seats (these aren’t visible to ExpertFlyer in the flight availability search).

Basically J is full fare most expensive and Z is the cheapest. 9 means that they are prepared to sell at least 9 seats in that bucket.
