For Goodness Sake - it should be Braised Leg of Welsh Lamb. The leg is not Welsh - the Lamb is presumably. That has been bugging me and I could not tell why until I read this tonight.Who writes these things?
There was me hoping that it was English lamb but the leg was prepared in Wales 😉
