Yes, I'm having the problem, too. Is "2 step verification" the same as "one time code"? I swear I fixed the 2 step part, but now it wants me to get a code every time, "per your request" it says.

I'm hopeful that I'll have Dr. J's success, but want to know if calling will also get rid of this "one time" problem?
