I have a journey I might make next year on a route with lots of redemption availability, but I'm not sure how many family members will come with me.

Can I book for everyone in one redemption, on one PNR, and then cancel some members of the party's tickets later? Or is it a case of "cancel the whole thing"?

If the former, can I do the cancelling online or is it a phone call job?
