I like to wear to shirts at pools as I don't want to get tan. I've never had a problem except for in Dubai at a luxury collection - they said cotton t shirts are forbidden because it can clog the drains and damage the pool and that I could only wear swimming tops

I complained to senior mgt but they wouldn't budge. I think they said they'd buy me a proper swimming shirt but I bought one myself.

Probably what happened at Andaz too. I don't like these rules as I don't like swimming tops and they too hot in Dubai to wear
