This is different from a trip credit which is a different document type.
Flight credit and trip credit are different. In this case it was Dfw - Akl. They told me I should have called before I cancelled but it was 1/2 hr from Checkin and I had a family emergency . I should’ve thought it through more ; possibly changed dates. I’ll try to re up the $350 but it’s the least of my concerns ……….
