An award ticket would only be on LATAM flight number; I agree that QF seems to allow access on QF marketed flights beyonf the OW entitlement. For someone on a BA issued award tickrt I would texpect OW statuus to do nothing - if in economt therefore no lounge access and if in business , whatever lounge LATAM uses
