So I tried emailing that email address you suggested....Got a reply back saying "Upon reviewing we can see the refund is initiated on 18th October, so it would take up to six working weeks to credit back in
to the original form of payment."
This flight was cancelled August 10th. Its back then I was told 4-6 weeks for refund. Since then i have been told 'just 2-3 more days' or 'someone will call you back in a few days'. And now they are saying 4-6 MORE weeks?
