The stated Terms and Conditions of Instant Status Pass say "Once you complete all 3 phases in the Instant Status Pass™ you will be granted status for the next membership year immediately following the membership year in which you registered", those who registered in November of last year are receiving status through March 31, 2025.
One person has reported they have been told that registration in October 2023 will result in status only through March 31, 2025 as well, see
this post. Needless to say, being October 31st, I'd suggest anyone wait until tomorrow to register (though it sounds like for this particular promotion there may be a delay anyway).
