IAH-HNL..... about 2 1/2 hours out of HNL
yes, I had to ponder "advanced airway" options in someone who was not breathing, foaming at the mouth, and clearly had a history of substance abuse
... maybe some of the lawyers and consultants on here who say it is our obligation, professionally, to response could do by-standard mouth-to-mouth, while the "doctors" run the code?
(I am assume they are all certified in BLS - isnt that a social contract obligation)

I think the narcan is a new addition to the emergency kits - otherwise, it would have been bad..... the patient was - well, let's just say - young
