You're not getting totally bumped off a flight from WT+. It's just a case of waiting for somebody with higher status to be bumped to CW. If that can't happen because J is full, then 2-for-1 no-status bookings are definitely targeted for downgrades because BA deems the free companion ticket to cost 0 - therefore 75% of 0 is 0.
