With respect to market value, if they put it on the open market and the highest offer is 5% of the asset value (or valuations based on future cash flows), that is market value.
So effectively spin off the passenger business and sell that to KE. I suppose that could work.
Still doesn't guarantee the EU will be happy with that. And it didn't seem like KDB was all that amenable to splitting up OZ either.
