So far, my bank continues to accept my WU mobile deposits despite the “Mobile Deposit Prohibited” language.
The only issue I have here is that WU could refuse to pay an electronically deposited MO to the bank meaning that the bank would then reverse your deposit, causing all sorts of problems downline if your account didn't have the money to cover other debits posted to it.
I suspect that sooner or later we will see a post of such an event happening.
