I visited the renovated C74 club yesterday morning. We used one-time passes that were due to expire in November. The GM for the lounge was present and introducing himself to customers. Interestingly, while getting a mimosa (hey, don't judge, we were on our way to Key West!) the bartender told me how great it is to work for an excellent boss as the GM passed by. I don't think the breakfast food was as good as at C123, but it may have just been what I chose to eat. In the morning at least, there was a ton of open seating and plenty of staff members available to clean up, bring more food out, etc. It was a very pleasant experience. Ladies room was well-lit and very clean. I liked how by using the United app with my boarding pass, the gate automatically took out my United Club one-time passes. No fumbling on my phone between boarding passes and club passes! I've been in the C123 club a few times for International evening travel and it gets packed. It will be interesting to see if C74 helps alleviate the crowding.
