Thanks for the responses. I have tried three browsers as well as the app, and tried apple and android and it errors out before I can get to the payment page. I tried not logging in to my airasia account but it appears to require that you create an account to purchase a ticket.

I had successfully purchased tickets on another itinerary a few weeks ago (which show up in my account). Not sure what is going on and there's no help whatsoever online

I hate to use a third-party for anything (especially air) but may need to resort to that.
