Condor, DE, is not a oneworld carrier nor an AA partner. The flights won't earn anything in AAdvantage.

It sounds like you purchased an AS Marketed, DE operated itinerary, otherwise the DE Business class ticket would earn 200% EQM in Mileage Plan.
