Good luck. I was told the same from Brim and FB told me they didn’t see anything and to contact Brim. I’m paying off my last purchase (which never got posted either to FB) and cancelling my card this week. Last week, I booked a business class trip with AF and charged it to my Aeroplan VIP since I knew I’d get nothing from Brim. Too bad since the multiplier for AF would have been significant for this purchase but I’m done with this card which gives me 0 return.
