Thank you!
I would look into a VIP transfer service to help them. They will need to clear a cursory passport check at YYZ and go through the international transfer process, but the immigration officials are not easy to deal with and often downright rude especially if someone is unable to communicate, and the airport staff are next to useless helping to direct people to the right location. I would not leave things to chance especially if they are elderly. Would they benefit from wheelchair assistance? Also which airline are they flying?
