Any EVA Representative here? The USA numbers (LA, SF NYC) keep hanging up.

I guess I signed up with Eva long long time ago. But I don't remember the membership number. Login retrieve doesn't work as I suspect it was an old passport number (I go through one passport every two years due to my frequent travels) that I no longer remember. Anyway, no membership number, no passport number, means I can't retrive my account either way. Calling all the USA numbers ended up being hung up automatically. I'm flying more and more Eva C class and I figure I might as well try to be Eva highest tier instead of United. If there's Eva representative here (or veteran Eva flyer that can help), pleaes help.

NOTE: it won't let me register a new one with new passport number because it will say "YOU ARE ALREADY A MEMBER!!" (no exaggeration, exactly what is shown on the website).
