The record locator should have been included in the email confirmations from Chase but if not Chase travel should have it on file. Also, how were seats able to be purchased from Qatar without inputting the record online? So at some point that information must have been available.
After booking, the flight was on the Qatar Airways app and we paid for seats thru the app. We got the Chase confirmation email with record locator numbers, but nothing from QA with a “booking reference number”. I emailed them back the number from the Chase email and also a 6-digit number next to the actual charge on my Chase statement. Just didn’t know if there was another way to find that. Since the flight was canceled, it no longer shows on the QA app as a current flight or previous activity.
