I called Aegean and asked them to tell me what they see. They actually told me the correct sums! So at least the system has registered (somewhere) the correct sums. But still showing up incorrectly on both phone and laptop, browser(s) and app.

after 5 days and same issue here. reported that to the A3 twitter crew to let them know this issue because it's defo not a feature
