You could also take the Keikyū line then walk. Either should be about 30 minutes. With more luggage a limousine bus might make sense. Different story if you are flying into NRT.
I should have mentioned HND. I only have 1 check in bag but with a child, I find it easier to take a limousine bus, even though I do find the subway there easy.
