The hotel was sold out on Saturday night so there were two sessions for Sunday breakfast at Kitchen 12. The staff was very efficient at clearing up so it didn't feel that bad. Also you can also choose the breakfast at the lounge instead if you are OK with the limited hot options.

If this is an option, you may want to consider dropping to a room only rate since Platinum and above gets this breakfast at Kitchen 12 as a welcome amenity.
