SIN has always gotten it. The US most times, but not always. The flight from YUL (Canada) has always gotten it. (I actually take this flight from DOH all the time since no need to deal with gate security like US flights)
I fly from SIN a few times a year but I don't remember having any free passes in my last few trips post-covid. The last time I skipped security was probably ex-LHR.
