In my case can make three observations.

1) the guy serving my part of a380. By time be got to me in row 5, I'd heard his long intro of the flight time, destination, drink menu and other info 9 times word for word. Reading a script one passenger to another. No variation from the script.

2) tried talking to two crew in the bar on the plane. Nod and thank you, yes/no answers even to open questions. Almost like they feared saying anything not in the script.

3) I had a J ticket printed on a F coloured BP, this happened at RUH where I'd checked for the Y leg to DOH at the F desk..Upon arrival at DOH I went to enter the J (AM) lounge and they absolutely insisted I should be going to the F (AS) lounge. Despite my explanation, the answer from the guys guarding the escalator was NO, you have F BP, go to Al Safwa. On arrival at AS I handed it over saying I'm sure it won't let me in as I'm in J and they said yep, that's right, back to AM you go. Had to explain it again and was eventually let upstairs.

All of this felt dealing with a chat bot, not a human.
