QF cancelled the flight I was booked on. It was SIN-PER. Apparently the aircraft went sick at PER and there was no substitute. Another example of PER being a minimilstic mainline QF airfield. All well and good but a re-route overnight to SYD and then onward to PER results in a 15 hour plus slog against a 5 hour. Any compensation rights from QF? Even for additional car parking at Perth which I doubt will.be cheap!

Only good thing about it was the use of A330 AY metal From SIN to SYD ...what a step up even down the back compared to QF (I've used AY quite a few times to and from Europe to Asia but usually up the front)pity they are not operating from Perth.
