In 2019 I flew F on QR from FRA and the lounge was a LH one by the gate. This was awful, poor food and drinks and a huge wait for a shower. The only redeeming feature was that the A380 gate was right by the lounge and you could look down on the aeroplane. I found a nearby “inferior lounge” which was better.

I agree the DOH lounges are amongst the world’s best, some away from their base are poor.
