I've never done it al the way through, so I don't know if it'll code correctly to trigger the credit. I do know wifi plans trigger it as well as AC day passes and purchases at AC.

I always get my $5.60 taxes on awards refunded (even though you're not supposed to). That alone eats a lot of my credit (I do a lot of domestic awards)

As for wifi, the monthly subscription triggers it but wifi for an individual flight does not. So November + December would use half the credit.
