Yes, but the line is not always open IME. (Especially at the new transfer checkpoint at the far end if terminal) The flight from GRU that gets in the evening always seems to be directed to use it.

SIN has always gotten it. The US most times, but not always. The flight from YUL (Canada) has always gotten it. (I actually take this flight from DOH all the time since no need to deal with gate security like US flights)
