I've had the same issue in the past two weeks. I tried:

- Firefox
- Safari
- App
- Air Asia Bot

Got a nonuseful response by email to my bot complaint.

Tried the sequence again.

Gave up and purchased a ticket on Bangkok Air. OK, I spent 2x the price, but I consoled myself that I preferred their schedule.
