We went to the Maldives a few years ago and there were only about 25 people each way between Muscat and Male on an Oman 737. Four years ago there was a similar number from Bergamo to Gatwick on BA. My favourite was Having First to myself on a Qatar A340 to Heathrow after upgrading with points.
