If your status matched to MVP100k then you organically pass 75k miles, do you get the 50k bonus miles and the one AA system wide upgrade?

Im a current MVP75k. I’m at 68k current miles and I will pass 75k this year. I’m also Plat on Delta. So I status matched to 100k (which still hasn’t gone through, but assume it will).
