Have you been able to stick to just Punakha, Gangtey and Paro ? As Punaktha is quite far from the airport (4 hours drive), Amankora advises me to do Thimphu 2d, Punakha 2d, Gangtey2d and Paro 2d(in that order) while I would prefer to stick to just 3 lodges (2/3/3), wonder if you were able to find a solution.
