Except that's wrong most of the time.
Last seat of each row labelled "may not recline" even though it's a lie (on AF, it is).
Bulkhead seats systematically labelled "proximity to galley may be bothersome" regardless of whether it's true or false for that seat etc. etc..
Customer reviews from 2013 from an outdated layout, in the wrong aircraft. Yet if you try and submit your own review (as I once did) with photos, nothing happens and you don't get published, because they seemingly stopped doing anything after 2018.
The only thing it's sometimes useful for is for spotting out seats missing a window, for which it's still remotely accurate.
